Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OpenSora 2, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

OpenSora 2 provides hosted AI generation workflows, including prompt input, reference asset uploads, model selection, credit-based rendering, billing, account-scoped downloads, watermarks, and account management. The hosted service may use third-party infrastructure and AI providers. Open-source model resources are separate from the hosted compute, queue, storage, billing, and support service offered on this website.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Upload images, videos, audio, logos, people, brand assets, prompts, or other materials you do not have the right to use.
• Create, upload, request, share, or promote pornography, explicit sexual content, sexual services, or sexually exploitative content.
• Create, upload, request, share, or promote any sexual or exploitative content involving minors, or content that appears to involve minors.
• Create non-consensual intimate imagery, sexualized depictions of real people, deceptive impersonation, or harmful deepfakes.
• Generate deceptive, unlawful, abusive, exploitative, harassing, hateful, violent, extremist, privacy-invasive, political manipulation, or otherwise harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Abuse free credits, referral systems, queues, payment systems, refunds, chargebacks, or account creation limits.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, resell, overload, or benchmark the service in a way that harms stability or violates provider terms.

These restrictions apply to free and paid users, public and private content, prompts, uploads, and generated outputs.

Content Safety, Reports, and Removal

Automated checks and provider safeguards may review prompts and reference images before generation. They can make mistakes, and passing an automated check does not mean content is lawful or permitted. We may review reports and associated account, task, prompt, upload, output, and transaction records when needed to enforce these Terms.

To report suspected child-safety violations, non-consensual intimate content, sexual content, impersonation or deepfakes, privacy violations, or other illegal or harmful content, create a support ticket or email support@opensora2.com. Include the content URL or task ID and a concise description. For time-sensitive harm, begin the ticket title with Urgent Safety Report. Do not attach illegal material.

We may block generation, restrict visibility, remove content, preserve relevant records, suspend accounts, or terminate access. Users may appeal a moderation decision through the same support ticket thread. Paid access, private visibility, and watermark-free downloads do not bypass these content rules.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected subscription, billing period, or credit pack. Credits are consumed when generation jobs are submitted or processed according to the product logic displayed in the interface. Model choice, duration, resolution, references, audio, and feature settings can change credit cost.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled unless the checkout provider or plan states otherwise. You can manage subscriptions in your account or through the payment provider. Canceling stops future renewal but does not automatically refund past usage.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Credits

Credits are a usage balance for hosted generation. Credits are not cash, are not bank deposits, are not transferable, and may expire according to the plan or credit pack. Free credits, promotional credits, daily check-in credits, and manually granted credits may have additional limits. We may revoke credits obtained through fraud, abuse, payment reversal, or policy violations.

Generated Content

You are responsible for the prompts, uploaded assets, and generated outputs you create through the service. AI results are probabilistic and can be inaccurate, low quality, delayed, unavailable, or unsuitable for your intended use. You should review outputs before publishing, advertising, selling, or using them in client work.

Paid workflows are designed to support commercial use, but you remain responsible for ensuring that your uploaded materials, prompts, generated content, and final use comply with applicable laws, platform policies, third-party rights, and product rules.

Private Creation History and Watermarks

User generations are stored in an account-scoped creation history and are not published as a public file-hosting or user gallery service. Free generations may include a branded watermark. Supported paid workflows may provide watermark-free downloads. Private or watermark-free output does not bypass the content rules in these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The service, interface, branding, software, documentation, and original platform content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain responsibility for your uploaded materials. Subject to these terms and your payment status, you may use generated outputs for lawful personal or commercial purposes, but we do not guarantee exclusive rights, copyrightability, trademark clearance, or third-party platform acceptance.

Support and Availability

We aim to provide a reliable hosted generation workflow, but AI providers, queues, payment providers, storage systems, networks, and browsers can fail or change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific generation time, specific model availability, or a particular output quality.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service, abuse free credits or refunds, submit unlawful content, trigger payment disputes, or harm other users. You may stop using the service or close your account through available account tools or support.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or that generated outputs will meet your expectations or business requirements.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
